What do I do if I can not longer log in, and my contact email address is no longer avaliable?

If you no longer have access to the email address stored in your easyname account, support can change the email address on request.

For this we ask you to contact us in writing by email to support@easyname.com.

So that we can help you as quickly as possible, please send us a copy of the owner's ID and the customer number with the new e-mail address in the e-mail.

After a short processing time, the e-mail address will be changed and a reset link can then be sent to the new e-mail address. Our support team will get back to you in writing once the process has been completed.
